Refunds are only offered as required under your statutory rights in the unlikely event
that you are sent the wrong goods or they are faulty and you need to have contacted us within
24 hours of receipt of your order by telephone or email.
The right to cancel under the consumer protection (distance Selling) regulations does not apply to handmade and bespoke items.
Please note that no refunds can be given for a change of mind or change in personal circumstances.
