We will contact you on receipt of this form to discuss your order and confirm delivery date. Payment may be made by cheque, credit card, debit card or by PayPal (when prearranged). Please note that postage & packing within the UK is as follows and this should be added to your order total:

1st class: £5.00
Royal Mail Special Delivery: £10.00

The order form below may be used for genuine orders but is NOT for offering your services or items for sale as we WILL NOT RESPOND to these requests.

Payments, returns & exchanges policy

Refunds are only offered as required under your statutory rights in the unlikely event that you are sent the wrong goods or they are faulty and you need to have contacted us within 24 hours of receipt of your order by telephone or email. The right to cancel under the consumer protection (distance Selling) regulations does not apply to handmade and bespoke items. Please note that no refunds can be given for a change of mind or change in personal circumstances.

If you have already been invoiced by Angels and have said that you wish to pay by PayPal then please use the PayPal button. Please DO NOT use this method of payment UNLESS YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN INVOICED by Angels. We have to check availability and add postage costs before a final figure for payment can be supplied to you.
